Description

The Product Engineer will support the design and development of high-performing, scalable enterprise-grade applications within agile teams by producing, testing, documenting, and reviewing source code.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle
• Interpret analysis, problem definitions, and business requirements to identify solution requirements
• Produce well-organized and documented source code for technical solutions
• Apply principles of self-service, repeatability, testability, scalability, and resilience in code development
• Utilize design patterns and paradigms to deliver technical solutions
• Debug existing source code and enhance feature sets
• Collaborate with integrated teams and other developers to improve technical products and services
• Follow Group Architecture and Infrastructure guidelines in development work
• Support performance monitoring, optimization, and maintenance of applications
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and development practices
• Create and store application documentation and technical specifications
• Participate in incident management and disaster recovery activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology
